Please use the link opposite for non-urgent requests only. Response will be made within 24 working hours (except weekends and bank holidays).

The requests will be checked everyday Monday to Friday.

Urgent Appointment

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):

  • phone us on 01652688203, Monday to Friday from 8am
  • visit our surgery in person, Monday to Friday from 8am

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine Appointment

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:

  • use our online booking system – SystmOnline or Engage consult ( go to online services page and choose Engage Consult)
  • Use our accurx self book links when invited by the practice.
  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • phone us on 01472 280221, Monday to Friday from 8am
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation or advice you.

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • by text

Appointments by phone or by text can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Cancelling an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • using the GP online system – SystmOnline
  • phone us on 01472 280221, Monday to Friday from 8am

Please note; persistent missed appointments without notice may result in you being removed from our practice register.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
  • if you need an interpreter
  • if you have any other access or communication needs

Extended access

  • The urgent and routine GP appointments either same day or in advance, are available now for the patients in North Lincolnshire.
  • Patients registered with Barnetby Medical Centre can book an appointment at the service through their GP Practice. These appointments are not suitable for all problems and this is not a walk-in service.
  • The opening hours are 18:30 PM – 20:00Pm on week days , 8:00 AM to 20:00 PM on Saturdays and 10:00 AM to 14:00PM on Sundays.
  • Appointments are available at Riverside Surgery at Brigg, West Town at Barton, South Killingholme  and Trent view surgery

Home visits

Patients whose medical condition prevents them getting to the surgery can be visited at home. Requests for home visits should be made by telephoning 01472 280221.
Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP.

You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby.
